Guarantee and Warrantee Policy

Our customer friendly guarantee and Warranty policy allows for a privilege of returning eligible items within 24 hours from delivery date. Please inform us through one of our contact channels first in 8 hours, in order to allow for a smooth return process. You will be given a credit note or product replacement option. Kindly note, the product must be in its original packaging and on pallet. All returning costs must be paid by the customer.

If the product is defective

If the return is due to a mistake at our end, we will be glad to take care of collection and shipping to our warehouse; this must be confirmed by visit of our technician. In all other cases you should send the item to our warehouse using any shipping company of your choice. In any case you should inform us properly and within the defined timelines for any return.

What happens if a product needs service?

Our technical team is available 24/7 to respond to any malfunction of the goods and products. If the goods are in the guarantee period, the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the issue free of charge, in case of warranty period, the products will be repaired without service charges.
